Reata Whippet Racing Group

A whippet sprint organization that not only holds sprint racing contests, but in conjunction with those meets holds conformation competition as well. They began racing with the 1991 season. Their ideal whippet is the Dual Purpose whippet that can excel at performance events as well as conformation.

Sprint Racing for Whippets

A sprint racing group for dogs other than sighthounds that was developed by the Southern Idaho Sighthound Fanciers Association(SISFA). SISFA found out that many of their members also had dogs that were not sighthounds BUT enjoyed running sprints, so they offered an organized outlet for those hounds to participate in racing events.

A Sighthound Fanciers Club that enjoys their sighthounds and allows them to work toward achievements in coursing, racing and conformation. Founded in 1987, the club's membership is primarily located in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah metro area.

Established in the Pacific Northwest in 1989, this Club focuses on whippet racing activities under the auspices of NOTRA, NPR, NAWRA and WRA. These activities now take place in Goldendale, Washington on the wonderful property of Glen and Jo Sowards.

The oldest sighthound lure coursing association in the United States. It, through its affiliated clubs, offers coursing trials for sighthounds toward championship titles such as Field Champion (FCh) and Lure Coursers of Merit (LCM).
